RSL Comms Hub is used only by Mihir Patel (RSL Group) to give his own Claude assistant access to his communications.
What it accesses. Gmail messages, threads, labels and drafts in the accounts Mihir connects, and WhatsApp/iMessage threads he has explicitly allowlisted.
How it is used. Only to answer Mihir's own requests: searching, reading, drafting, labelling and, when he approves each one, sending email. Data is never sold, shared for advertising, or used to train AI models.
Storage. Email is read live from Gmail and not copied. Google sign-in tokens and allowlisted messages are stored encrypted. Every access is logged.
Google user data. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removal. Access can be revoked any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or from the admin page; stored data is deleted on request.
